Job Description
We are hiring a Hotel Receptionist to deliver exceptional front-desk service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, managing reservations, answering calls and emails, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance. The ideal candidate is polite, organized, fluent in English, proficient with hotel PMS, and able to work shifts including weekends.
