Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Collection Executive to acquire and maintain customers, collect overdue payments and resolve queries. Key duties include contacting customers about outstanding bills, pursuing payments, recording transactions, and ensuring timely follow-up. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving disputes, and preserving positive relationships. Work in person at our office with monthly pay of ₹12,085.76–₹19,500.00. Strong communication, persistence, and basic finance or collections experience are preferred. This role demands professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-focused approach.
