Job Description
Join Accordible as a Sales Executive responsible for outbound lead generation, qualifying HVAC, duct and façade cleaning and engineering service needs, and scheduling high-quality meetings for field sales. Maintain an accurate CRM (Zoho/Pipedrive) with timely follow-ups and zero lead leakage. Conduct market research to identify companies and decision-makers, map FM/Admin/Engineering/Procurement stakeholders, and track FM/HVAC/hospitality trends. Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs and costing sheets, support field sales with documentation, and ensure smooth team coordination. Respond instantly to inbound leads and draft professional emails and WhatsApp follow-ups. Full-time, permanent; in-person; salary ₹25,00–30,00/month.
