Job Description
Join Navi Estates LLP as a Customer Care Executive based in Sohna, Gurgaon, Haryana. Full-time in-person role with pay ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. You will make outbound calls for payment collections and follow-ups, handle sales leads, qualify prospects and pass leads to the sales team, coordinate site visits, maintain call logs and CRM/Excel records, and resolve basic customer queries. Candidates must have strong Hindi/English communication, a bachelor’s degree, basic MS Excel/CRM skills, a target-driven, follow-up mindset; experience in collections, telesales, or customer service is preferred. Reliable commute or relocation to Gurgaon is preferred.
