Job Description
Kolo is a fast-growing platform helping homeowners plan, design, and build dream homes. We seek a Founder’s Office Associate to work with founders on strategy, operations, and high-impact projects. Responsibilities: analysis, reports, dashboards, basic financials, market research, presentations, cross-team coordination, and follow-ups. Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience, Finance/MBA/CA preferred, strong analytical thinking, Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint proficiency, excellent communication, and high ownership in a fast-paced startup.
