Firstsource Healthcare is hiring a Sr. Customer Support Executive (CSA) in Hyderabad. Responsible for handling international customer queries via voice, chat, and email; resolving issues; documenting interactions; escalating complex cases; and meeting quality and performance targets. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year in international processes (US/UK/Canada/Australia), strong English communication and problem-solving skills, and be willing to work rotational/night shifts.
