Job Description
Responsible for overseeing daily building operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor relations to ensure a safe, efficient workplace. Duties include coordinating preventive maintenance, managing contractors, supervising facilities staff, monitoring budgets and service contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing operational reports. Candidate should have a degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, 3+ years of facilities or operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and facility management systems, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Certifications such as CFM or FM-related training are a plus.
