Job Description
TRUMINDS seeks a Purchasing and Stores Executive to manage procurement of food, beverages, consumables and operational supplies for our restaurant. Responsible for identifying daily/weekly needs, sourcing and negotiating with approved vendors, finalizing orders, verifying invoices and received goods, and maintaining par levels and accurate stock records. Ensure proper storage, quality control, cost efficiency and timely urgent purchases while coordinating with kitchen teams and management. Full-time, permanent role; pay: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits include provided meals, health insurance and Provident Fund. Work location: in person. Strong vendor relations, attention to detail and compliance with company policies required.
