Job Description
Equify Hotels and Resorts seeks a Reservation Executive to manage bookings via phone, email and online channels, ensure accurate data entry in PMS and channel managers, handle modifications and special requests, and coordinate with Front Office and Sales. The role focuses on revenue maximization through upselling and yield management, delivering excellent booking-related customer service, maintaining guest records and assisting reporting. KPIs include booking conversion, guest booking satisfaction, occupancy, ADR, reservation accuracy, response timeliness and sales target adherence. Candidate should have hotel industry experience. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹20,00–₹35,00/month. Work Location: In person.
