Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator at ThomsunInfocareLLP. Responsibilities include billing and sales order creation in software procurement for local and import orders (including approvals); coordinating logistics for local, import, export and reverse export; managing 3PL warehouse documentation and export certifications such as SABER, Certificate of Conformity and chamber-attested documents; and supporting sales coordination across UAE and branches in Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience with export/import procedures, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
