Job Description
Renovolt Smart Solutions seeks a Customer Relation Executive to handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and online leads, assess customer needs and recommend on-grid, hybrid or off-grid solar solutions. Coordinate with technical, installation and finance teams, prepare quotations, proposals and technical brochures, and manage follow-ups. Female candidates with Degree/Diploma, fluent in Malayalam, with strong customer-handling skills, basic MS Office ability and basic solar technical understanding (training provided) are encouraged to apply. Freshers (0–1 year) welcome. Full-time, in-person role. Salary from INR 10,00 per month plus incentives.
