Job Description
Join Simple Energy Store, Vennala (Kochi) as a Customer Relation Executive. You will manage customer interactions for Sales & Service: handle incoming calls, follow up on test rides, bookings and service reminders, coordinate appointments and deliveries, maintain CRM and customer records, assist showroom visitors, and escalate issues when needed. Freshers and experienced candidates welcome. Required: good communication in Malayalam and basic English, pleasant attitude, basic MS Office/CRM skills, professional telephone manner; interest in electric vehicles is a plus. Full-time, in-person role with training, performance incentives, and growth opportunities. Salary range: ₹8,948.75 – ₹27,204.67 per month.
