Job Description
The Machine Maintenance Supervisor leads a team to ensure reliable equipment operation and maximize production uptime. Duties include planning preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults, coordinating spare parts, supervising technicians, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining maintenance records. The role requires a technical diploma or degree in engineering, 3+ years in industrial maintenance, leadership experience, PLC and troubleshooting skills, and good communication. Willingness to work shifts and respond to breakdowns is required.
