Job Description
We seek a passionate Commis Chef to join our South American restaurant team at Kofteci Food Krafts Pvt Ltd. You will assist in daily food preparation, sauces, grilling, plating and stock rotation, maintain HACCP hygiene standards, support senior chefs during service, and help minimize waste. Prior continental kitchen experience is very important. Candidates should have basic culinary training or 1–2 years’ kitchen experience (enthusiastic freshers welcome), be willing to learn Latin cuisine, work shifts, and thrive in a fast-paced team. Full-time, in-person role. Salary ₹15,00–25,00/month with staff meals and provident fund; hands-on mentorship and growth opportunities provided.
