Job Description

We seek a Civil Quantity Surveyor to measure, cost and manage civil construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities, cost estimation, tender evaluation, contract administration, variation and claim management, and cost control. Candidate must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, 3+ years’ experience in civil works, strong knowledge of measurement methods, contract law and software (e.g., CostX, MS Excel). Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
