Job Description
We seek an experienced General Manager of Sales to lead channel partnerships (brokers/agencies), manage the full sales cycle including HNI/UHNI, set and execute sales plans, recruit and coach teams, run CRM-driven pipeline and MIS reporting, perform market/pricing/competitor analysis, and close high-value deals. Focus: syndicate, international and primary project sales. Full-time, in-person. Compensation from ₹100,00/month.
