Job Description
SHUBH GEMS urgently seeks a dynamic Customer Experience Associate (age 20–30) for our luxury retail and e-commerce store. Fluent English and Hindi, pleasant personality, persuasive sales skills and basic CRM/MS Office knowledge required. Key duties: retail & showroom operations, in-store sales, product presentation, CRM/email/live-chat support, billing, shipping and daily sales reporting. Build customer relationships, handle queries and recommend gemstones, birthstone jewellery and healing crystals. Full-time, in person; 10:30 AM–7:30 PM, Monday off. Salary ₹20,00–₹40,00/month.
