Job Description
The Optometrist at Lenskart conducts comprehensive eye-checks, dispensing and diagnosis while driving in-store sales. Responsibilities include technical eye examinations, fitting and dispensing eyewear, product recommendations, stock takes and adherence to SOPs to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a 2-year Diploma. Freshers and experienced professionals welcome. Required skills: rapport-building, active listening, identifying unspoken customer needs, clear communication, adaptability, eagerness to learn, proactive ownership, multitasking and prioritization. Job Type: Permanent. Pay: ₹300,00–₹500,00 per year. Work Location: In person.
