Job Description

Thiram Sports Academy seeks a full-time Rifle and Pistol Coach to train children and adults (beginner to intermediate). Responsibilities: deliver age-appropriate rifle and pistol coaching emphasizing safety, technique, mental focus, discipline and sportsmanship; supervise range protocols; monitor performance; prepare students for internal, district and state competitions; provide individualized feedback. Requirements: NRAI Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent), 1–3 years coaching experience (preferably with children), strong firearm safety and handling knowledge, patient and structured coaching. Salary based on experience and qualifications. On-site position.
