Job Description
Join our Gurgaon office as an Insurance Telesales Advisor. Make outbound calls to sell life & health insurance, assess customer goals, explain policies, handle objections, and close sales to meet targets. Maintain CRM, follow up professionally. Full-time permanent: CTC up to ₹3.5 LPA + incentives (₹20,00–₹30,00/month). Shift: 6 days, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, rotational off. Graduates with strong English preferred; 6–12 months telesales/insurance experience ideal; training and PF provided.
