Job Description
As a Procurement Helpdesk, you will be the first point of contact for supplier inquiries, purchase order status, and procurement system support. Responsibilities include answering vendor and internal requests, tracking orders, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have strong communication skills, basic procurement knowledge, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and attention to detail. Prior customer service or procurement experience is preferred.
