Job Description

Position: CRM Executive for client support in health insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide CRM support for claims at client locations.
- Resolve customer queries related to policy coverage and claims.
- Facilitate claim submissions and tracking via app.
- Be the single point of contact for corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal units for claim processing.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in Health Insurance.
- Graduation.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to travel twice a week.
Salary: ₹20,00 to ₹25,00 CTC, with benefits.
