Job Description
We seek a Rooms Division Associate to support front office, housekeeping and reservations teams. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage room inventory, coordinate housekeeping, resolve guest requests and ensure high service standards.
Requirements: diploma or equivalent, minimum one year in hotels preferred, strong communication, customer-service focus, basic computer skills and flexibility for shift work. Attention to detail and teamwork essential.
