Job Description
We seek a Guest Relations Executive to welcome guests, manage smooth check-ins/outs, and act as the main point of contact for inquiries, requests, and complaints. Responsibilities include providing accurate information on hotel services, facilities, local transport; coordinating with housekeeping and other departments; maintaining guest records and preferences; assisting VIPs and room orientations; monitoring lobby presentation; promoting upgrades and offers; following company hospitality standards; and preparing daily guest activity reports. Full-time, in-person. Salary: ₹16,500–₹19,500 per month. Benefits: food provided, health insurance, paid time off.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
