Job Description
Career Comfort seeks Process Associates for an inbound US healthcare voice process at Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata (night shift). Full-time, permanent role with salary ₹13,800–₹19,00 (depending on experience), fixed weekends off (Sat & Sun), work from office, cab drop, subsidised meals, PF & ESI, attendance allowance ₹1,00/month, travel allowance ₹1,800/month if no free cab, and annual bonus up to ₹15,00. No sales or targets. Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English, be available to join ASAP, and willing to work nights. 5-day workweek (Mon–Fri).
