Job Description
As an Operation Executive, you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and service quality. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors and inventory, monitoring KPIs, implementing process improvements, and maintaining SOP compliance. You will prepare operational reports, resolve escalations, schedule resources, and support project rollouts. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in operations or logistics, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
