Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Printer Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laser, multifunction, dot-matrix, and thermal printers. Duties include hardware troubleshooting, part replacement, routine maintenance, network (USB/Wi‑Fi/LAN) installations, basic PC support (OS troubleshooting, RAM/HDD/SSD upgrades, software installation), and service reporting. Candidates must have experience with various printer types, basic computer hardware/software knowledge, quick diagnostic skills, and strong customer-service abilities. Ability to manage multiple service calls independently is required. Certifications and experience with networking or printer drivers (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Zebra, etc.) are a plus. Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month. Health insurance provided. Work location: on-site at Kombat IT Solutions.
