Job Description
We are seeking an Onsite Support Technician to install, maintain, and repair IT hardware and software at client sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices, performing upgrades, and delivering clear user support. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with Windows, macOS, LAN/Wi-Fi, and basic server concepts. Must be customer-focused, work independently, and be available for occasional travel. CompTIA A+ or Network+ is a plus.
