Job Description
Join Mars as a Sales Officer responsible for territory planning and execution to maximize coverage, visibility and service. Identify market opportunities, build business cases, secure investments, and manage distributor partnerships and trade spend to drive growth. Ensure in-store visibility and execution per Mars standards. Lead, coach and motivate Field Sales Associates (FSAs), deliver training and recruit to meet manpower plans. Handle administrative tasks including claims, competitor reports and coordination with CFA and distributors to meet PDP and delivery schedules. Required competencies: results orientation, action focus, planning and priority setting, collaborative relationship-building, customer service excellence and route-to-market optimization.
