Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter for Geopaq Logic to market and place IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US citizens). Responsibilities include full sales-cycle management from sourcing to placement, bench marketing via job boards and networking, negotiating rates and contracts, managing relationships with Tier-1 vendors, clients and partners, consultant retention, and maintaining placement records. Required: 10 years’ US Bench Sales experience, strong negotiation and business development skills. Job Type: Full-time, On-site. Pay: ₹30,00–₹40,00 per month. Benefits: health insurance and paid time off. Excellent communication and proactive client/vendor outreach are essential.
