Job Description
As a Bookings Coordinator you will manage reservations and schedules, liaise with clients and vendors, confirm bookings, update calendars and booking systems, and coordinate logistics for events or services. You will handle inquiries, resolve conflicts, prepare daily reports, and ensure timely communication. Requirements: 1+ years in scheduling or customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with booking software and MS Office, attention to detail, and flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.
