Job Description
Join our team at Waterstore as a Customer Care Executive! We are located in Kochi and are seeking motivated female candidates with a minimum of 6 months of telecalling experience. The role offers a starting salary of ₹12,00, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Flexibility for Sunday shifts is appreciated.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records. Applicants should possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
