Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to handle walk-in and outbound customer inquiries, explain product features, pricing and solutions, generate leads, follow up to meet sales targets, prepare quotations and invoices, and provide after-sales support. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi optional), basic IT hardware knowledge (POS, printers, networks), customer service and sales aptitude, ability to diagnose minor technical issues, willingness to travel for customer visits, and good time-management. Preferred: Degree/Diploma or ITI in Electronics/Hardware and experience in IT hardware, retail tech or service support. Job type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher; Work location: In person.
