Join our team as a Growth & Marketing Associate to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will develop and execute growth experiments, manage digital campaigns (SEM, social, email), analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with product and content teams to optimize funnels. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in growth or performance marketing, strong analytical skills, experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL a plus), and a test-and-learn mindset.
