Job Description
We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing on-site interior fit-outs, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring workmanship and schedule adherence, interpreting drawings, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in interior construction, strong knowledge of finishes, joinery and MEP coordination, ability to read technical drawings, excellent communication and leadership skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include daily site supervision, quality inspections, progress reporting, material control, and liaising with clients and design teams. Valid safety certification and readiness to travel to sites are required.
