Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef at I’Deli Cafe. This full-time, permanent, in-person role offers ₹45,00–₹55,00/month. You will oversee food preparation, maintain high quality and hygiene standards, supervise and train kitchen staff, manage inventory, and help optimise service flow. The ideal candidate is a creative cook, strong leader, calm under pressure, and has proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include menu execution, portion control, and ensuring consistent food presentation. Relevant culinary qualifications and 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory kitchen role are preferred.
