Job Description
We seek a friendly Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding front office service, handle check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations, and assist guests with inquiries and requests.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication in English, basic computer skills, and hospitality experience preferred. Must be punctual, professional, and customer-focused.
