Job Description
We seek a full-time Counsellor cum Social Worker to provide student counselling and support. Responsibilities include career and relocation counselling, guiding training and goals, motivating attendance, early identification of dropout risks, behavioural and psychological assessment, confidentiality in sessions, awareness workshops, supporting vulnerable students, record-keeping, coordination with trainers and managers, and occasional home visits. Required: Master’s in Social Work (Counselling) or Psychology, 1–3 years counselling experience. Skills: empathy, active listening, confidentiality, strong communication, field readiness, problem-solving, MS Office and report writing. Salary ₹250,00–₹350,00/month with benefits (health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick leave, provident fund). Work location: in person.
