Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions, promote insurances, contribution schemes (member, recurrent, variable, fixed) and loans (business, gold, vehicle). This full-time, in-person role blends office support with regular fieldwork to source business loans, collect documents and meet prospects. Minimum 6 months’ experience preferred. The target-driven candidate must work well under pressure, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on documentation, resolve customer queries and build long-term relationships. Required skills: strong communication, basic product knowledge, problem-solving, energetic self-motivation and professional behavior. Primary focus is sourcing loans and achieving monthly targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
