Job Description

Join ACCOR (ibis) as a Food and Beverage Service Associate. Provide courteous, professional service following ibis standards; rotate across F&B areas; be familiar with hotel services and menus; perform opening/closing, recommend and upsell, maintain a tidy workspace, monitor supplies, and handle guest inquiries and complaints with supervisor follow-up. Hospitality experience and operational knowledge preferred; energetic, service‑oriented team player with strong multitasking and flexibility.
