Job Description
As a Floor Supervisor you will lead daily floor operations, coach staff, maintain service standards and ensure health & safety compliance. You will manage shift schedules, monitor sales and inventory, resolve customer issues, and support training and performance reviews. We seek a proactive leader with 2+ years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied shifts.
