Job Description
Join our team as a Guest Service Assistant, welcoming and assisting guests with check-in/out, reservations, and inquiries. Provide friendly, efficient service, handle phone and email communication, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance. Ideal candidates have strong English communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional attitude. Previous hospitality or customer-service experience and familiarity with reservation systems are a plus. This role requires flexibility for shift work, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
