Job Description
The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality and productivity. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, supporting strategic initiatives, customer service and operations, and verifying customer KYC and documentation. Must be ready for all shifts including 24-hour branch operations and willing to work across departments as required. This full-time, permanent role is open to freshers. Compensation: ₹14,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: Provident Fund. Preferred language: English. Work location: in person. Note: duties listed are not exhaustive and additional job-related tasks may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
