Job Description
Dream Home Financial Services seeks a Field Sales Officer to manage on-site weekend sales (Saturday & Sunday) and weekday customer and bank visits. Duties: handle walk-ins, explain products, meet clients at homes/offices, collect documents, initiate logins, follow up with banks for sanctions and disbursements, manage leads, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, prepare reports, and ensure smooth end-to-end customer support. Verify documentation and maintain accurate records throughout the sales process. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹16,00–₹18,00/month. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years back-office coordinator experience, Marathi. Location: Pune H.O., Pune, Maharashtra. Work Location: In person.
