Job Description
Happy Food Technologies Pvt Ltd seeks an Executive Chef to oversee multi-site kitchen operations in Bengaluru and other cities. You will lead culinary teams, innovate menus, ensure consistent quality, portion control and hygiene compliance (FSSAI, HACCP), manage inventory, vendors and food costs, and train staff. Requirements: 8–12 years culinary experience with 2–4 years in senior roles; degree/diploma preferred; strong leadership, communication, menu planning and costing skills. Schedule: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, six days/week. Full-time, permanent. Salary ₹800,00–₹1,00,00/year. Benefits: commuter assistance, health insurance, provident fund. In-person role based in Bengaluru.
