Job Description
We are seeking a Stores Assistant to manage finished goods receipt with full verification and SAP updates, conduct daily physical stock checks, reconcile discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis. Responsibilities include monitoring slow/non-moving stock, coordinating liquidation with SCM, preparing daily FG reports, planning dispatches with SCM/BD, ensuring customer-specific labeling/packaging and QA lot verification, overseeing safe loading, and maintaining accurate dispatch documentation (invoice, DC, e-way bill). You will track returnable challans and shipments, manage scrap disposal, uphold 5S, FIFO and safety standards, and ensure audit readiness. Required: FG warehouse experience, SAP/ERP and Excel proficiency, knowledge of logistics, documentation and QA procedures.
