Job Description

We are seeking a Male Customer Relation Executive for ARDEN HEALTH CARE PVT LTD at our Corporate Office, Amballur, Thrissur. Qualification: Any degree or Hospital Administration. Full-time; pay ₹13,00–₹15,00/month. Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred. Fluent in English and Malayalam. Shift duty (8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM). Responsibilities include client interaction and appointment scheduling, patient onboarding and record maintenance, front office management, ensuring compliance and patient confidentiality (HIPAA standards), and office housekeeping and supplies management. In-person role; candidates must be willing to work shifts and maintain professional, organized front-desk operations.
