Job Description

Join Titan Company as a Retail Gemmologist. You will identify and assess gemstone quality, provide clear, accurate advice, and assist customers in selecting stones that match their needs. Maintain a polished retail display, manage inventory responsibly, and stay current with gemmology trends and market developments. We seek candidates with a Gemmology certification, prior retail or customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail for gemstone identification. A customer-focused attitude and professional presentation are essential.
