Job Description
The Rooms Controller oversees daily room operations, coordinating housekeeping, maintenance and room allocation to ensure guest satisfaction and high cleanliness standards.
Key duties: schedule and supervise housekeeping staff, manage inventory and laundry, inspect rooms for quality control, handle guest requests, liaise with front office and maintenance, and report performance metrics to management.
Requirements: 2+ years in rooms/housekeeping, strong leadership, attention to detail, good communication and basic inventory and scheduling skills. Hospitality diploma preferred.
