JP HOTEL CHENNAI seeks a Guest Service Associate to manage guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, billing, guest information, requests and complaint resolution, and operate hotel management software for bookings, profiles and payments. The role focuses on themed guest areas (for example, igloos), explaining features, handling themed bookings and ensuring a comfortable, memorable stay in unique environments. Requirements: 2–5 years hotel industry experience; based in Chennai or willing to relocate. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month. Benefits include provided meals and Provident Fund.
